I’m so happy you are here!

If we’re all leaving our own eco footprints, I’d like to think that mine have lead to this point right now.

A formal introduction: Hello! I’m Candice, and the subject of eco-consciousness and sustainability is (and always will be) my true passion in life. With 15 years of dedication under my belt, I’m happy to say that that passion is only getting stronger.

How do you keep your passion strong? You pair it with a sense of adventure.

In my life, I’ve been fortunate enough to explore so many different, fantastic, and exciting opportunities that have enabled me to shape my own green journey. That journey is one that has covered everything from skincare, to household pets, to the weather outside your own window.

“My career actually began as a weather broadcaster for Canada’s Weather Network.”

With my roots in climatology, I went on to create, produce, and host several eco-themed television programs (A Greener Toronto, Global Footprints, and @issueEarth), as well as host & produce Pet Central, focusing on sustainable pet ownership.
As an Eco Journalist, I’ve always reminded myself to never let something just slip on by.

It’s a mindset that has allowed me to do things like be personally trained by former US Vice President Al Gore to give The Inconvenient Truth Presentation.

A few of my many appearances on the Marilyn Denis Show on CTV.

This mindset has enabled me to be the Eco & Pet Expert on CTV’s The Marilyn Denis Show, covering topics such as energy conservation, DIY skincare, and more.

I’m so proud of every unique footprint that I’ve left thus far.

Whether you’ve been on your own eco path for a while now, or you’re just getting started, I’m so happy to join you on this journey.
